Ed Sabis is currently Vice President for Birket Engineering, Orlando Florida. He has been with the company since 1998 and oversees all day-to-day administrative and financial operations. Prior to joining Birket, Ed worked for more than 5 years with Universal Studios Creative Division on the Universal City Florida resort expansion and on the Wakayama, Japan theme park Porto Europa. Preceding Universal, he worked for 4 years as Accounting Manager of TOLD Corporation, a mid-sized regional real estate developer based in Southern California.

Jan has been with Birket since 1988. In addition to being the company's office manager, she handles Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, financial reportings. She is also the administrator of employment procedures, payroll, and employee benefits. Jan is the force that keeps Birket's operations and personnel running smoothly.

Dave Fowler
IT Administrator
Dave is responsible or the company’s information technology department. He manages the company's extensive computer network and worldwide communications. He oversees IT policy, updates computer software and performing server maintenance.
Winnie Lam
Office and Accounting Support
Winnie assists many of the senior staff with basic data entry, document filing, and provides general assistance to others in the Birket offices.
