A short list of Frank's strengths includes assembly, panel lay-out and design, AutoCAD, quality control, installation, and field supervision. In Las Vegas, Frank installed Treasure Island at the Mirage's 'Buccaneer Bay' and 'Sirens of TI' shows, and 'EFX' at the MGM Grand Hotel, and has opened projects for multiple attractions at Universal Studios Hollywood, Florida, and Japan, and for Six Flags, Busch, and Paramount Parks. 

Frank is the company's ETL certification coordinator. ETL certification ensures that all panels that leave Birket are of the highest quality and workmanship and that they meet the specifications of UL-508.

Prior to his employment with Birket Engineering in 1987, Frank worked for sixteen years with Mapo/Walt Disney Productions. In his years with Disney, he progressed from a Leadman in Animation and Control Manufacturing to Production Supervisor of Electronic/Electrical Manufacturing. As Production Supervisor, Frank was responsible for supervising 110 employees. The production facility under his supervision manufactured items for EPCOT Center and Tokyo Disneyland. Frank spent eight months in Paris installing EuroDisney, and eight months again before the opening of Hong Kong Disneyland. His control panels can also be found at Disneyland and at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom and Disney-MGM Studios.
