Ed is responsible for the administration of the company and its accounting, cost controls, contracts, human resources, insurance, and information systems.

Before joining Birket  Engineering, Ed was the Project Control Manager for the Heery-Sverdrup Joint Venture on the Orange County Public Schools Program Management project. There he was responsible for all financial matters related to the construction of  several new elementary and middle schools.

Prior to his work with Heery-Sverdrup, Ed was Universal Studio Creative's Director of Administration for the Universal City Florida Resort Expansion. During his five years with Universal, he  was also Project Control Manager for the Wakayama Japan theme park "Porto Europa".
