Jan is responsible for the smooth operation of Birket Engineering. She has a myriad of charges, including handling personnel issues, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, maintaining cash flow reports, handling employee benefits such as health, life, and disability insurance matters, as well as cafeteria and 401k plans.

Jan has been with Birket Engineering since its infancy, handling all aspects of starting a new business.
